Deer Head thru "D" & Co. This buckle is 1 of 3 "Master" buckles presented to John Deere for production approval. THE ACTUAL BUCKLE RELEASED FOR PRODUCTION WAS MADE OF BRONZE AND WAS A LITTLE DARKER IN COLOR. 3.25" X 2.75" Made of Antique Brass. These buckles were produced by John Deere Limited in Australia. They were NOT for sale and were given out only for training programs and meetings.

There is also a one-bottom plow between the deer's antlers. It features a raised, 3D look logo.

Back of buckle is marked JOHN DEERE LIMITED, AUSTRALIA, NO. ____ OF 250, OPTIMISING FOR TOP PERFORMANCE, TRAINING FOR SUCCESS. AUSTRALIAN JOHN DEERE BUCKLES ARE. VERY HARD TO FIND IN THE USA.
